How to install and activate your eSIM for use in Cuba
eSIM Installation Guide
Follow these steps to install and activate your CubaConnect eSIM card on compatible devices.
Step 1: Check Compatibility
Ensure your device supports eSIM technology. Compatible devices include iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and later.
Step 2: Receive QR Code
After purchase, you'll receive an email with your eSIM QR code and activation instructions.
Step 3: Install eSIM
Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan and scan the QR code provided in your email.
Step 4: Activate Service
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation. Your eSIM will connect to Cuban networks automatically.
